5-year-old boy has been missing for 70 days

Although the 5-year-old boy who was kidnapped more than 70 days ago at the Pakatnamú land terminal, two days before Christmas, is still not filed, the complaint for this crime could be filed because prosecutor Carola García Sandoval He does not take the statements to the child's mother yet. This was announced by the lawyer of the aggrieved party, Ruly Izquierdo Ríos.

For his part, Erika Jhoana Abanto Domínguez, a young student of Communication Sciences at the César Vallejo University, mother of the child, said he does not know the current whereabouts of his son (ASCA), who would be in the hands of his father, Segundo Cristopher Castañeda Aranda, since it is already known that the person who kidnapped him is the aunt of the individual in question, Consuelo Andrea Lozada Torres.
“I am living a true ordeal. Not only because I don't know my son's current whereabouts and the conditions in which he lives, but because I receive constant phone calls indicating that I will never have him by my side, probably made by his father, ”Erika Abanto noted. It is for this reason that Judge Mercedes Vásquez Zambrano, decided to grant protection measures preventing her former partner, Cristopher Castañeda Aranda, from approaching him.
“I insist once again on the responsibility of the National Police that knowing that it is more than probable that the child's father has the kidnapped child in his possession, he does absolutely nothing to find him, despite his current status as a contiguous prisoner and with an order of capture, dangerously depending on the child of someone who is fleeing from justice, ”said lawyer Ruly Izquierdo.
"It's been 70 days without seeing my son, who must soon enter to study, and I still don't know his whereabouts and his state of health because he was always used to living with me," concluded the mother who has been suffering from a sad state of depression , which affects your health.
Another fact that worries the mother and the lawyer is that they have presented to the Sixth Family Court, a claim for possession of the minor ASCA, but to date it has not been admitted by the Judge, despite the evidence that it would be in power from his father, since the aunt has already confessed to the national police that it was she who took the child and handed it to the father, who weighs on him, an arrest warrant.
