In the face of conflicts, ask yourself what results you would like to obtain and then decide to achieve them. In the face of indecision, find within yourself what you value and appreciate most, and act in accordance with your deepest convictions ...
Evaluate the actions that you believe are commitments that you have to fulfill, measure the consequences of not carrying them out and find the reasons to decide.
Do you let yourself be swept away by events, or do you face them with a feeling of discomfort? Do the news, newspapers, comments, traffic, weather, decide your mood?
It is time to stop, to take the direction of your own life and from now on decide each of your actions.
In the face of conflicts, ask yourself what results you would like to obtain and then decide to achieve them. In the face of indecision, seek within yourself what you value and appreciate the most, and act in accordance with your deepest convictions, thereby obtaining existential coherence that will give you the assurance of having done the right thing.
Do not allow, as of today, another to decide for you; that the bad mood, the mistreatment, the contempt you receive, are not the reagents of your behavior, rise above them and be who you want to be, not what others have decided to do with you.
Always remember that decisions imply resignation and even if it is painful, always look for "a good for a greater good." Every day, when you wake up, decide to be happy, live with optimism, with joy and enthusiasm, decide the quality of life you want to have.
Happiness is a conscious decision that implies a strong will, that overcomes adversities, aggressive and unpleasant setbacks, but if we have enough faith daily we will reach it.
And finally, keep in mind that what harms us is not the events, but our response to them, so our intimate decision sets out how far they should affect us; You are the sole owner and responsible for your life, conquer it daily when exercising your freedom to decide.
